I have been working in the Offshore Recruitment Process-Outsourcing Industry since the beginning of 2015. It was my first job when I landed as one of a Resourcer. At that time, I was a bit confused as I wanted to flourish my career in finance but I had to accept a much needed part-time job for living going against my interest. After working for a few months, I felt like I found my true calling. For the first time in my life, I was not only good at what I was doing but I was actually enjoying it as well. I worked my way up from a Resourcer to a Resourcing Manager to a Resourcing Head before going my own way and starting my own business (Sixgma Search). It has been 2 wonderful years. I hope I can continue to do this work with as much joy and passion as I have done so far.

I joined Sixgma as a Resourcing Head in 2019 after working in an Offshore RPO firm for almost 6 years. I worked my way up from a Resourcer to a Resourcing Manager. I have been instrumental in developing the research/ resource function throughout my career. I have dealt with the research of different flavors, from researching recipes to cleansing and building candidate and client databases. At Sixgma, I am working closely with our Lead Partners to proactively and reactively identify, attract and shortlist candidates to fulfill the requirements of the business brief. I am a Generalist researcher and has extensive resourcing exposure of multiple industries mainly focusing on Financial Services. Managing a team of Resourcers/Researchers, Overseeing day to day activities of the team and ensures the completion of tasks in time.

Qaisar Ali

Head of Resource Team

I am responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the operations. My focus is to make sure that we do not have any down-time – all the systems, resources, everything is ready and the work environment remains delivery focused. I am also responsible for the recruitment function and recruit best staff for Sixgma. As an HR manager, my duty is not limited to hiring, I interact with employees time to time and listen to their problems which helps me controlling staff turnover.
